COACHING PROGRAMS:
Open Individual Coaching:
A customized program that will focus on what is happening in your current situation. We will work on the issues that will assist you in making the differences that will change your world. If you need an objective some one who is outside your situation to confide in, have a specific challenge to meet, a highly successful individual seeking more challenge, prefer a more relaxed type of coaching, or are in the midst of a personal crisis then Open Coaching is for you. The recommended time is from 4 to 6 months.
Professional Coaching:
Provides the client with assistance in growing your business, giving you an edge. This type of coaching provides you with a confidential partner who is objective, will listen, and be a supporter who will assist in your vision of what you want your business to become. Even though your business will be the primary focus there will be an intregration of your personal life to assist you in creating a balance so that you can maintain your relationships, health, and spiritual evolution creating a solid foundation for your business.
Customer Service Coaching:
ü This type of coaching is for entrepreneurs, small companies (under 100 employees), professionals in private practice, and the home based professional. The primary focus is on education about internal/external customer service issues or the development of a customer service department, organizing current customer service department, generating follow up reports, and coaching management team.
LENGTH AND COST OF COACHING SESSIONS: (Recommended 4 to 6 months for each program with a follow-up after 6 months)
